Membership Application Process

Step 1: Know Your Membership Type

Regular Member or Honorary Member

Step 2: Fill out the Membership Form

Fill out the form with all the prerequisite details about the member.

Step 3: Submit the Form

Please read the “Self-Declaration” statements. Once you have accepted them, check the “Self-Declaration” box and click the “Join Now” icon to complete the application process. You will receive a confirmation email/message of receipt of your application.

Step 4: What’s Next (Membership Acceptance)

The acceptance of your membership (Regular or Honorary) will be communicated via email.

Step 5: Membership Confirmation and Activation

After acceptance of your application, please make payment of the membership fee (Regular/Honorary: Rs. 1000). Payment must be made ONLY using the prescribed payment gateways that will be shared with you in due course of time. An applicant can request the payment gateways by reaching out to the Manager, PIMMSAA Office, or by dropping an email to pimmsaa.contact@gmail.com.

Once the payment is made, please provide the payment transaction details as a reply to the “Membership Acceptance” email. After confirmation of the payment from our side, you will be communicated with your membership ID and details of contributions to be made by the members. This confirms your PIMMSAA membership and its activation.

    Self-Declaration:

    1. I hereby declare that the information provided in the application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, ensuring that nothing has been concealed or distorted. I understand that my membership in PIMMSAA may be summarily rejected or revoked without notice or compensation in accordance with PIMMSAA [Bye-Law No. 3 (e)], if it is ever found to conceal/distort any information or make any false statement.

    2. I agree to abide by the Bye-Laws of PIMMSAA [Bye-Law No. 34 (a) & 34 (b)] and will abide by the decisions of the Core and Executive Committee and General Body of PIMMSAA.

    3. I agree that my membership will only be activated upon receipt of payment of the prescribed membership fee [Bye-law No. 34 (c), 34 (d), 34 (e) & 34 (f)].

    4. I also agree to contribute to the endorsed fund drive as and when needed to support the extracurricular activities of PIMMSAA, whether on a monthly, annual, or one-time basis [Bye-Law No. 2 (d)].

    5. I undertake never to divulge or share any classified data/information/report of PIMMSAA.
